The purpose of the Glenview project was to offer the homeowner a true “convenience lifestyle”. The project is located in the heart of the Beaumont subdivision, where many conveniences – from casual and gourmet dining to a YMCA facility and public library – are right at the doorstep. In accordance with providing a “hassle-free” lifestyle, Glenview’s HOA includes professional landscaping, lawn care, irrigation system, stone entrances and snow removal.
The 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath unit consists of an open living area on the first floor where the family room, dining room and kitchen flow together. The decorative built-in bookcases, which may include a professional glazing, add to the finishing touches to the first floor, which also includes 9’ ceilings, tray ceiling, crown molding, and wainscoting.
